ABOUT ME

Summer Davis is a seventh-generation Californian deeply connected to the West Coast's vibrant creative culture. From a young age, she immersed herself in art, textiles, music, and design, transforming discarded clothing into new creations. This hands-on approach ignited passion for fashion and led her to pursue a career in design, where she blends innovation with a strong understanding of craftsmanship.

Currently, Summer is a Designer at Kellwood Company, overseeing the woven category for brands Democracy and Wit & Wisdom. With over seven years of experience, she has honed her skills across multiple categories, including denim, non-denim, knit, woven, activewear, and sweaters. Starting as a technical designer, she mastered production intricacies before transitioning into design, where she now leads the woven category. Summer's role involves collaborating with accounts and executing designs with precision.
